INFORMATION GUIDE FOR OUR HOTEL SERVICES
Dear customers, It is our obligation to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay on Poros island. We, for our part, are committed to do our best to make your stay enjoyable.
Management and staff are at your disposal to provide you with the necessary information starting with our services.
Reception:
Our hotel has a 16hour open reception, with external or internal phone access during the whole day.
Check in - Check out:
Check in until 14.00.
Arrival can be made earlier depending on the condition of the room after contacting the Reception.
Check out until 12.00.
Check out can be made at a later time, depending on the availability and with an extra charge.
Wake up service and telephone access 24h.
Clean service:
Rooms are daily cleaned untill 14.30.
Towels are changed every 2 days and bed linen every 3 days.
Towels are changed indefinitely upon request, at an additional cost.
Air condition:
Each room has an air condition. You have to close the windows and balconies for the correct function of the aircondition.
People with mobility issues:
Our hotel offers special equipment for people with mobility issues (lift with a chair).
Baby cot:
There is the ability to add a baby cot with an extra charge.
Iron and Ironing Board:
Available at the reception there are Iron and Ironing Board.
Room services:
Air condition, flat satellite television, mini-fridge, safety deposit box, tea/coffe boiler, hairdryer & cosmetics, hot water 24 hours a day.
Internet:
We have high speed free wi-fi internet at our premises.
Car rental:
We can assist you in renting a car on request.
Fishing trips:
Yoy can enjoy yourselves by doing one-day fishing trips to Poros island, upon request to the reception.
Payment methods:
You can pay by cash or credit or debit card MASTERCART or VISA.
Customer Complaint Management System:
Please send your complaints to info@7brothers.gr with the aim of investigating the matter independently.
