CANCELLATION POLICY TO THE HOTEL
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival ,no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or in case of non-show in our hotel, then the total price will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival. Full payment of the stay is required upon departure or during the stay.
Rate does not include the new stay tax 0,50€ / per night.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOTEL
Our hotel has a 16hour open reception, with external or internal phone access during the whole day.
There is the ability to add a baby cot with an extra charge, upon request to the manager or to the reception.
Our hotel offers special equipment for people with mobility issues (lift with a chair).
In our rooms we do not allow the placement and use of machines that cause noise and discomfort to residents, as well as parties and events.
Transportation to/from the airport can be arranged at an additional cost with prior request to the manager or to the reception.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests need to be quiet between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
We accept credit cards 
Prices of the rooms are adjusted according to the days of stay and the season.

Arrival can be made earlier depending on the condition of the room after contacting the Reception.
Check out can be made at a later time, depending on the availability and with an extra charge.
